Course Overview
Course Structure: Minimum enrollment of 20 lessons per stage.
Duration: Each lesson is 45 minutes.
Scheduling: Flexible sessions of 1–2 lessons per meeting.
Format: We provide personalized instruction tailored to any starting level, with the pace adjusted to your specific needs.
Setup: No prior preparation is required. Classes are conducted via Tencent Meeting (VooV Meeting) with live screen sharing and digital course materials.
Learning Outcomes
Beginners: After completing one stage (30 lessons), you will master basic pronunciation and writing rules, understand simple short texts, and handle basic daily communication.
Progression: Generally, completing two stages (approx. 60 lessons) leads to a comprehensive advancement to the next proficiency level.

To safeguard your learning experience and ensure the equitable allocation of teaching resources, the following refund terms apply:
① Initial Trial Period: A ‘trial period’ is reserved for your first class. Should you feel the course is unsuitable after completing the first session (comprising two 90-minute lessons), you may request a full refund of any remaining fees at any time.
② Course Withdrawal Requests: Should you request withdrawal after the second session, as formal instruction has commenced, a 30% handling fee/penalty will be charged on the remaining tuition fees.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within seven working days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a high-quality learning environment.
